2019 – New Beginnings

Here we are…2019!

Another year has started and it’s hard to believe that 2018 has come and gone so quickly.

The start of a new year is exhilarating because it presents new possibilities.  For at least a week most of us believe wholeheartedly in ourselves and our ability to seize new opportunity.

A new year brings a new beginning…
Starts a new era…
Creates a new chapter in our book with blank pages…

Ahhh…the blank page…that’s the beauty of a new beginning.

So the question is…by the end of January, what will that blank page say?  Better yet…what will it say at the end of 2019.

Will it be filled with your demonstrations of faith and perseverance as you pursue your resolutions and goals for this year?

Or…will it be filled with all the excuses we use for why we haven’t completed our personal goals or obtained our desires and aspirations. Excuses such as;

  • I’m just too busy
  • I’ll do it later (procrastination)
  • Disbelief
  • Simply going lukewarm on our own goals and dreams

These are just a few of the excuses we make that typically plague our dreams and creates the disease of disbelief that prevents us from doing great things.

It’s disappointing and unfortunate…
So how do we ensure this doesn’t happen?

The secret is simple…

  1. For everything we plan to start.  There is something we must plan to stop.
  2. Believe

Simple, but tough to execute.
It takes sacrifice and faith!

So instead of asking what you will do in 2019…my question is…what will you stop?

Will you let TV, texting, Facebook…whatever it maybe…you fill in the blank _______, divert you from your dreams.

What will be your 2019 sacrifice?  Once you know your sacrifice, you’ll be even better equipped to take the next step and…

BELIEVE!  This is the key component to getting things done!

“The secret to doing anything, is believing you can do it.” ~ Bob Ross

I believe 2019 is going to be an amazing year for all of us!  Do you?

That could be all the difference in whether this will be a Happy New Year!!

  1. I almost never leave a response, but I browsed a few comments on this page 2012 – New Beginnings | Inspirational Perspective. I do have a couple of questions for you if you do not mind.

Could it be simply me or does it look like some of the comments appear like they are coming from brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting on other sites, I would like to keep up with you. Would you list off the complete urls of your social networking pages like your
Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile? Thanks.

Fantastic goods from you, man. Just extremely great. I really like what you have put together here. I also really like what you are stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care to keep it real and wise.

I can not wait to read far more from you. This is really a tremendous website.

Do you mind if I quote a few of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your website?
My blog is in the exact same niche as yours and my users would really benefit from some of the information
you present here. Please let me know if this okay with you. Regards!

You actually make it appear so easy with your presentation but I to find this topic to be really something that I believe I might by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and very huge for me. I am taking a look forward on your subsequent publish, I will attempt to get the hold of it!
